Branching out

Blue skies after days of no sun

And the sight of an 850-year-old tree

Tickling the sky brings joy.

Tree branches.jpg

I love the way the branches of winter-bare trees

Seem frozen in the middle of a dance.

Nature uses trees and brilliant blue

To create art.

    • I know it’s that old because it’s protected and stands on the property of friends, who have found out from the county just how old it is!

  9. We are not always beautiful when we undressed.
A tree is always beautiful, bare or dress. It has many suits along the year.
And your photos are beautiful, as always.

I adore trees. I find them filled with healing energy and wisdom. I always feel so much better after spending a few hours in a park, sitting under a tree.
