My hotel in London was right opposite the Tower of London and Tower Bridge.
Here’s Tower Bridge with elegant accents of blue.
It was cloudy for almost all of my visit –
But I did manage one pink morning (snapped on my mobile phone).
Parts of the old Roman wall of London
Are visible every now and then.
(I like the way the old stone is reflected in the modern glass on the left.)
One late evening saw us in Chinatown
Under red flags and a popcorn-cloud sky.

It is great to visit London through your eyes. The photos are magnificent but that pink sky does not quite like me. It seems too unreal.

The color you captured in each one of these photographs is incredible. They really DO look like postcards!
Thanks so much for sharing, my friend!
P.S Being a theater person, I immediately noticed the Les Mis’ musical banner in the final picture of Chinatown. 🙂

My cousin stayed in that hotel before flying back to the States. I remember travelling there with her and the amazing views of the city illuminated in the frosty nighttime air.

I find it funny that I have probably spent more time in London during the years I have lived in Australia, than I ever did when I live in the UK! Love the bridge shots.

So, that is the infamous Tower of London. The structure is awesome. I read a lot about history. It is an infamous place. The structure is awesome but the tower was a place of execution or a jail in medieval times.
