Balance

Confidence, balance and grace are contagious.

If ducks can do it, so can we.

  11. Ducks can casually stand for long periods of time on one foot. Ducks can swim in ice water and don’t seem to get cold feet. Ducks are smart enough to go to warmer places when the weather turns rotten on October. Ducks can do a lot of things I can’t. I envy they confidence, wisdom, grace and balance. Gorgeous photo!

  22. Yes, but if the duck falls in the water it bounces. Newberys, famously, sink like a stone.

  24. Just beautiful. Though I often remind myself that no matter how serene they look on the water, their little legs are going hell for leather out of sight. Deceivers all.

    An amazing photo as always.
