The birds did look a wee bit chilly next to the frozen rock but ducks don’t seem to mind the icy waters as much as you’d think they would, do they? The water is so clear you can see his legs and webbed feet!

The pond on the campus where I work also has ducks. The water frozen in spots. It looks cold and uninviting.

AH! Such wonderful quacky ducks…they sure are braver than me. Not even with a coat of feathers would I dear dare put fin webbed foot in…I mean my foot int that icy water.
