It’s almost impossible to photograph a summer sunset
As the sun goes down so very late.
Even at 9.30 or 10 in the evening,
The sun is blazing golden and serene.
The evening light is liquid honey —
And when Simmie shakes after his swim,
He creates golden fireworks of water.

I think my favourite season has to be autumn from a photography point of view. I like summer, however, as then I don’t need to bundle up so much and I love the long, light evenings.

Although we love our dear bonny Bonnie-dog, your photos remind me (in a wonderful way) of our dear darlin’ old Lindy-girl who died earlier this year. I agree with Maniparna Sengupta Majumder (above) that your last photo here is exceptional photography.
