Peaceful in pink

The view from our balcony in Dubrovnik, Croatia,

Was stunning:

Dubrovniksky.jpg

We could see the Old Town and

Its massive walls (dating back to the 16th century),

As well as the Island of Lokrum

And a peaceful pink sunset over the bay.

  7. That’s a glorious stretch of coastline, looking it’s best in the gentle evening light. I remember my parents visiting Dubrovnik and falling in love with the area.

  13. Oh Yes I got to stop there couple years ago on a trip I had made to Medjugorge in Bosnia
I was very impressed with the old wall around the city, the city in general I had never been to Europe and seen old building and churches like that.
    I enjoyed your pictures
    Thanks for sharing
