Skies of love

The state of the world makes my heart heavy. There is no place in our world for racism, police brutality and racial inequality.

We need to let go of our prejudices, labels and judgements and focus on making the world a better place for everyone.

Today, like every other day, we wake up empty
and frightened. Don’t open the door to the study
and begin reading. Take down a musical instrument.

Let the beauty we love be what we do.
There are hundreds of ways to kneel and kiss the ground.

Out beyond ideas of wrongdoing and rightdoing,
there is a field. I’ll meet you there.
When the soul lies down in that grass,
the world is too full to talk about. — RUMI

  2. Great, the first you said, ‘ There is no place in our world for racism, police brutality and racial inequality’ I wish they would disappear.
Beautiful skies, makes it very easy.

  3. That second shot is beautiful and makes me the world is not as bad. I actually would like this on my wall to remind there is always something beautiful to look at each day.

    Have a lovely day.

  4. Yes a lovely sky. Far away from all that nasty racism, police brutality and racial inequality. But it’s still there. And the world in general has to do something about it.
