  1. Serenity.

We often see serenity as something that must develop from someplace within us. That is has connection to spirituality. And we naively view it as an emotion unto ourselves. But the serenity here, in these photographs, originate from the outside inwards to the core. This serenity has a universal tongue, speaking to all seeing it, feelling it and allowing it in.

The pink soothing sky of winter is upon us all, at least for those whom call the northern hemisphere home. The brightest of hue just in time for the Christmas season. Naturally occurring? Yes. But nature is no slouch at metaphor.

Peace, Joy and Shtufffs to you and all in your life (critters with two and four footy falls).

  3. What a wonderful soft, pink light and Ruby posing so perfectly.
Sadly our skies are not pink but orange. Beautiful but if only the cause wasn’t from the fires. [Helen]

  6. Lady Fi – Merry Christmas to you! All the presents are open, and now we are enjoying the “serenity” of a fire, light snow outside and each other’s company. How wonderful!

  7. Have I ever seen a pink sky? I don’t think so and if I have I have forgotten it, so thanks for these images.
