Our November has been mild and misty
With burnished tones.
Sometimes the sky burns orange
As the geese honk their farewells.
And a stray leaf
Falls gently on orange fur.

WELL—-There’s a lot for me to love about November (Thanksgiving and Family, hot weather is over, etc.) —but there’s one thing I don’t care for (especially this year) and that is the Leaf Removal —in our yard…. I love our big shade trees –but this time of year, we have a lot of work in order to get those leaves removed…… Oh Well.
