Spring surprises

You never know what surprises spring might reveal:

A floating bench on purple-tinted water at sunset;

Three buds looking

Like small owls on a branch;

Raindrops glittering

Underneath a park bench;

And, popping up out of the field,

Camouflaged deer!

  1. Fabulous photos, Fi…I don’t know where you find the time, except that you walk your dogs off-leash, keeping your hands free for photography. I love the three buds looking like three owls on a branch…fabulous description. And the deer…we have deer here, but they don’t line up in a row to watch Dick walking the dog. They’re not coming to our yard to eat fallen ornamental crabapples any more, so Spring must have made it to Alberta, with new grass for them.. Some hot weather now, then frigid again, over and over until summer.
    Looking forward to Our World Tuesday…to rant or not to rant, that is the question. I have a standby non-rant about our world here on the prairie, and it is quite interesting, might post that instead of ranting. Time will tell.
    See you later.

  4. Oh my look at all those deer! I’m not sure where ours are, I think they’re miffed people haven’t gotten their salad bars I mean gardens out by now. Very clever thinking of shooting under the bench.
