  1. Ah England! I adore the countryside of my birth country! A beautiful capture and I love the soft layers of the distant hills and hedgerows!

  2. Gorgeous. We’ve had similar weather here in France, one moment the sun is breaking through and blue skies take hold and then next another wave of heavy clouds have moved in and the heavens have opened and we are in the midst of a tropical downpour!

  3. OH. MY. GOD…..this photograph took my breath away, Fiona!

    STUNNING! MAGNIFICENT! GLORIOUS!

When I see a glorious image of nature such as this, I am reminded, “There is a GOD.”

Thanks so much for sharing the beauty, my friend!

    Thank you….X

  4. I’ve just found you through Christine….your photography is stunning! This photo is beautiful and screams “England” all over it. Where do you live, if I may ask? My husband is from London but we currently live in the states. We moved to N. Yorkshire last year for 4 months to help care for his ailing mum who sadly, passed away this past May. We’re considering doing a rotating living schedule so we can be close to family more. Anyway….so happy to have found you. πŸ™‚

    1. Hi and welcome to my blog! My family lives in England and this photo was taken on the Sussex Downs behind my mum’s house. I’m an ex-pat Brit living in Stockholm, Sweden.
