The language of trees

Trees are like Nature’s poems

To the sky:

They take on the tint

Of a lilac dawn;

Even in the middle of winter

They surprise with sudden green

In the snow.

And deep in the woods,

I was lucky enough

To breathe in the beauty

Of abstract tree trunks

Looking like a beautiful picture.

  1. Three very different shots, all of them beautiful. All of them speak of winter in the forest.

    Right you are, Fiona! I adore trees and find them very healing.

    As always, my friend….these images are FAB-U-LOUS! I love them all; especially the very first one. There is something about the sunlight in that one and the snow on the branches.

    Bellissima!
