  1. Peonies are such delicate blossoms. I can’t grow them at altitude, but touch their fragile faces in Denver. Perfect photos to do them credit.

  2. Hope you are having a great time… I love WHITE flowers… Reminds me of PEACE and PURITY… We have a new white rose in our yard this year, named Pope John Paul II.. This rose is white –and it smells delicious…

  5. Popcorn of the flower world. A feast for the eyes, sanctuary for mind and conscience. I remember seeing years ago, a photograph taken somewhere in Europe during World War Two. A mound of white peonies stood, you could see tank and military vehicle tracks which had deliberately steered to avoid running over them.
