  1. Um, wow. That’s all I can say, WOW. Stunning, gorgeous, amazing, there simply are no words that could ever describe your photos adequately…No words could ever do them the justice that they deserve. I am in awe. How did you manage to capture such a gorgeous shot? Freaking WOW.

    1. Thanks so much for your lovely comment. I was out at about 5 am late last summer. It was very hot and foggy when suddenly the sun broke through the clouds. For some reason, I took my camera out with me – I’m glad I did.

  2. I am not religious, but oh my God… What a photograph! You are painting masterpieces with your camera.

And when one thinks about it, it is not hard to imagine why so many medieval churches have paintings depicting the sun’s rays breaking through like this, because if one is religious, this would be a sign indeed of the paradise of heaven, shining down on Earth.

Personally I see it as the beauty of nature, as depicted by science. And the beauty of art, as depicted by you and your camera.

  3. Hallelujah is right! What an amazing shot! I love it when certain conditions make the usual, all-encompassing light visible in its millions of outstretched rays. Simply beautiful.

      1. How wonderful! I could take pics, but I’m NOT a professional photographer… this is just my hobby!

Anyway, congratulations to the two of you. Will you be living here in Stockholm?
