Many people are afraid of spiders. For me, it’s the opposite. I love them. Fantastic creatures. And many of them capable of weaving these intricate, beautiful webs, one of which is so superbly captured in this picture.

Spiders’ webs fascinate me and I have been known to sit transfixed for ages watching the spider spinning away – brilliant creatures.
