Finding my Zen zone

I’m too relaxed to write very much as I’ve just returned from a visit to Yasuragi, a Japanese spa just outside Stockholm.

I spent nearly an hour in the hot outdoor springs until my limbs were liquefied.

And then, my friend, Karriärmamman, and I had to lie down for a while and relax some more.

My limbs are heavy, my head emptied of thoughts. I think I’ve found my inner Zen.

It’s tough work relaxing all day …

… but someone’s got to do it!

  1. Oooo, that sounds so lovely. And pure. And I might have to find one of those within affordable distance of me! I could use that. Here’s hoping the zen stays with you!

And thanks for stopping by my BATW tour. It’s been a busy week, so my apologies for taking so long to get back. It was almost overwhelming! Come back and visit again soon!

  2. Yes – it was a great way to spend a rainy Sunday! No, I didn’t find my inner adult, but my inner and outer child frolicked a lot!
