Living in the now is very important…. We ‘relaxed’ like your dog this morning for sure… We slept until almost 9:00 (usually get up at 7:30)… Either we were just terribly tired —or we just relaxed longer!!!! Whatever caused it—it certainly felt GOOD…. ha
